Teufen (Switzerland) / Liege area (Belgium), November 2025 – SSMI AG has signed an agreement for the complete dismantling and clearance of a production site in Liege area, Belgium. The facility, which has been closed in phases, will be prepared for future sale.
As part of the structured closure, SSMI has been appointed to safely dismantle, remove and—where possible—repurpose existing process installations and machinery through resale on the international market for used process equipment. Started—after the preparation phase—around 1 December 2025 and is planned to continue until 1 April 2026, subject to final site scheduling.
