From this project we can offer a complete, fully integrated industrial process installation originally developed for the production of Xilicate, a high-performance antimicrobial powder for a wide range of applications.

Scope of the project

This turnkey installation represents a fully documented and proven process system designed for industrial scale-up in the specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, and recycling sectors, with particular relevance to silica-based applications. The system was previously used to manufacture Xilicate and consists of nine top-tier, European-built machines from reputable manufacturers. All equipment is engineered for seamless integration across filtration, drying, conveying, grinding, and air handling operations, making the installation ideally suited for reuse, repurposing, or rapid deployment in new production environments. The availability of full process documentation significantly reduces engineering risk and accelerates implementation timelines.
