Welcome to the official support page for InduPIM, the intelligent Product Information Management (PIM). We’re here to ensure your experience with InduPIM is smooth, secure, and successful.
The initial purpose of the platform and iOS app is to simplify and streamline the entire product lifecycle — from initial import to full enrichment and publication.
The secondary purpose of the app is the identification of products, that need to be dismantled or transported, via the QR code and inform the parties involved about the state, location, size and weight of the product.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Go to the login screen of the desktop app, tap on “Forgot your password?,” and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email to reset your password securely. if you are not a user for InduPIM and you are not invited to use this platform you are not able to request a new password.
Q2. What devices does InduPIM support?
InduPIM runs on iOS 12 and higher. For best performance, we recommend using it on the latest version of iOS on iPhone or iPad.
Q3. Is my data secure in InduPIM?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption, secure authentication protocols, and ISO 27001-compliant cloud storage to ensure your data is protected at all times.
Q4. My data in the app isn't syncing. What should I do?
Please try the following steps: Ensure you're connected to the internet. Tap "upload" button in the app’s settings. If this doesn't work please read the user manual for more tips or contact support.
