Project Simply V

Een complete productielijn voor veganistische kwark, die oorspronkelijk in 2018 werd geïnstalleerd, komt beschikbaar na de sluiting van een productielocatie van Simply V.

Omvang van het project

Simply V is een bekende producent van plantaardige zuivelvervangers. Deze specifieke installatie werd buiten gebruik gesteld nadat het bedrijf de productie had opgeschaald op een andere, grotere locatie. Vanwege de korte doorlooptijd coördineert SSMI in samenwerking met Industrial Auctions een versneld inventarisatie- en veilingproces.
