Project Simply V

A complete production line for vegan quark, originally installed in 2018, is becoming available following the closure of a Simply V production site.

Scope of the project

Simply V is a well-known producer of plant-based dairy alternatives. This specific installation was taken out of operation after the company scaled up production at a different, larger location. Due to the short timeline, SSMI is coordinating a fast-track inventory and auction process in cooperation with Industrial Auctions.
