2004 Tetra Pak Aseptic/carton filling and packaging line

This complete Tetra Pak production line is designed for manufacturing premium Tetra Top® screw-cap cartons in both 330 ml and 1000 ml formats. The installation includes the TT3 filler, automatic cap feeding system, conveyor network, dual laser cap inspection units, two automatic wrap-around case packers, granulate container and conveyor lubrication system.

The filling machine has only 18,220 operating hours, while the integrated TCBP70 case packers have accumulated 8,516 and 12,770 hours respectively. The line is equipped with quality control systems to ensure accurate cap application and reliable production performance.
