This Tool-Temp TT-188 C is an industrial temperature-control unit designed to circulate a controlled heating or cooling medium through external equipment. Typical applications include temperature regulation of injection moulds, dies, process vessels, machinery, rollers and other industrial equipment requiring a stable operating temperature.

The TT-188 platform is designed as a universal water / oil temperature-control system. According to Tool-Temp technical data for the TT-188 series, the unit can be used with water at temperatures up to approximately 90°C and with thermal oil at temperatures up to approximately 150°C, subject to the correct setup and heat-transfer medium.
The unit combines an electric heating system with an integrated cooling circuit and circulation pump. Heat-transfer fluid is circulated continuously between the Tool-Temp unit and the connected machine or process, allowing the controller to add or remove heat as required to maintain the selected temperature.
The front control panel incorporates the Tool-Temp electronic temperature controller together with operating switches and status indicators. Separate controls for vacuum and pressure operation are visible on the panel, allowing the circulation system to be operated according to the requirements of the connected process.
The TT-188 series incorporates electronic monitoring of operating conditions, including temperature and flow. This enables the unit to maintain a stable process temperature while providing indication or alarm functions when operating parameters fall outside the required range.
A large rotary main isolator switch is fitted to the front of the cabinet for local electrical isolation. The unit is housed in a robust industrial metal enclosure with ventilation openings and is mounted on small wheels / castors for movement around a production area.
