This is an AxFlow industrial pump package comprising a K4124A pump, SEW-EURODRIVE electric drive, reduction gearbox, coupling system and common mounting frame. The complete unit has been assembled as a ready-to-install pumping package rather than as an individual bare pump.

The pump model marking on the AxFlow identification label reads K4124A. The pump configuration is consistent with a heavy-duty rotary positive-displacement arrangement designed to transfer liquid at a controlled and relatively low rotational speed.

The pump has two flanged process connections arranged at approximately 90 degrees to one another. This configuration provides substantial industrial pipe connections and allows the pump to be integrated directly into fixed process pipework.

A small external pipe is fitted around the pump body and forms part of the existing pump arrangement. Additional pump-mounted components are also present around the casing and connection section as shown in the photographs.

Drive power is supplied by a SEW-EURODRIVE electric motor. The motor is connected to a substantial reduction gearbox, which reduces the electric-motor speed to the much lower speed required by the process pump.

The AxFlow package identification label shows an output-speed marking of approximately 44 rpm. This low-speed drive arrangement provides increased torque at the pump shaft and is commonly used where controlled displacement of the pumped medium is required.

Power is transferred from the gearbox to the pump through a separate coupling. The rotating coupling components are enclosed by a metal safety guard, providing protection around the rotating drive train while maintaining access for servicing when the equipment is safely isolated.

The complete motor, gearbox, coupling and pump are mounted on a common fabricated steel baseframe. This keeps the drive components aligned and allows the complete package to be installed as one industrial unit.

The AxFlow identification label gives sales order number 4007206 and a manufacturing / assembly year of 2018. A second order or documentation number appears to read 4028419. Additional information is present on the label, but several characters are not sufficiently clear in the supplied photograph to reproduce reliably.
