1981 Tycon jacketed process reactor

A 1981 TYCON 335-litre enamel/glass-lined jacketed process reactor, manufactured in S. Donà di Piave, Italy. The inner vessel has a 335 L capacity, is designed for -1 to +6 bar and temperatures from -25 to +200 °C. It has an 80 L double jacket, rated for -1 to +7 bar over the same temperature range. The product-contact vessel uses NEW778 enamel, providing a chemically resistant surface suitable for handling corrosive or high-purity products. With its vacuum capability, pressure rating and heating/cooling jacket, this type of reactor is suitable for chemical and pharmaceutical reactions, mixing, dissolution, crystallization, heating/cooling and vacuum processing.
