The Air sorting metals refining plant is a metal recovery and refining solution engineered to separate and upgrade mixed non-ferrous metal fractions through advanced air sorting and density separation technology.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, this operational system combines shredding, screening, magnetic separation and densimetric sorting to produce high-purity metal concentrates from waste streams such as WEEE residues, electric motors, aluminium scrap, copper-bearing materials and mixed industrial residues.

With throughput capacities of up to 2.5 tonnes per hour, 350 kW installed power, and a 25,000 m³/h dust extraction system, the plant delivers reliable performance, high recovery rates and exceptional material purity while minimizing operational costs and labor requirements.
